   We absolutely loved the apartment for our needs while staying in Cannes for the MIPIM show. The apartment is in a fabulous location across from the beach, with fabulous views of the water from the apartment and terrace. The apartment is a quick 15 minute walk to the Palais de Festival and downtown Cannes for restaurants and shopping. Great cafes only steps away for breakfast and dining. The apartment is beautifully appointed and interiors are modern and all of the finishes are new.

   this place is awesome. the unit is large, spacious and has two bedrooms in addition to a study room that has sofa bed. the shower is really nice and my two kids loved it. the views from the unit are spectacular. There is gated parking but it wasn't guaranteed but that's wasn't a big deal at least in April. one night we did not have parking but I parked immediately outside the gated area which has free parking from 7 pm to 8 am so I just moved the car into the gated area in morning around 745 am. there are two bakeries literally in front of the unit with awesome pastries and coffee. the unit is super close walk to La Suquet and it's a great place to visit Cannes. we also visited Antibes, Vence and Mougin from here. I strongly recommend this unit. it was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in.

   This apartment is great. Really well equipped, very clean and with amazing views. A few metres from the beach and into central Cannes. Sadly we had very noisy neighbours above which seriously disrupted our sleep.

   Beautiful and spacious apartment immediately at the beach and at walking distance of downtown Cannes. Apartment has everything for a longer stay in Cannes. The view from the apartment is even better than the images show. We will definitely be back when we visit Cannes again.

    One of the nicest Air BnB properties we have stayed in. Nicely renovated apartment as pictured (if not a little nicer in person). Third floor so not too many steps to climb but a small lift also as an option which was great with a buggy. Felt very safe with it being a gated property. View is fabulous and the location is perfect if you don’t want to bother hiring a car. Easy trip from Nice airport by taxi and walking distance to a number of bus and train options. Nice park with small playground for kids next door and literally across the road from blue flag beach (good to have a hose to clean little sandy feet outside one of apartment blocks too!). Market and Aldi are both an easy walk and lots of lovely restaurants (family friendly) nearby and two great Boulangerie options nearby. Serrendy was a great host and we really appreciated being met at the property to be let in and shown around. Also we were contacted in advance of trip to let us know there might be a problem with air conditioning but it was already fixed when we arrived and we appreciated the honesty and communication anyway. Check out was also super easy.

    Gorgeous unit. Modern, clean, crisp. Location can’t be beat. Sunny walkout balcony overlooking the ocean is phenomenal. No hotel can compare at this price. We found the last parking space behind the building, but it’s very tight.

    Fantastic views to wake up to, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. I loved staying there, right on the beach, in perfect walking distance to all the nice restaurants and the port. Having an excellent bakery and café on the groud floor of the building was a great surprise, too.

    My team stayed here during Cannes Lions, it was the perfect location. Fantastic views, walkable to the festival, and perfect for our team of 5 people. The host was very easy to work with, proactive, and made sure our stay was carefree and supported from start to finish. I would highly recommend this location and Serrendy in general.

    Nous avons adoré cette belle appartement avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Cuisine neuf impeccable, chambres confortables avec climatisation et les 2 salles de douche/bains nous a beaucoup convenue. Nous avons pleinement profité de cette magnifique appartement. Emplacement tres accessible a pied, mais difficile de garer la voiture. Le parking de la copropriété était quasiment toujours plein. En plus, le bip était cassé et meme si le hôte a essayé de le fixer en nous amenant des piles, finalement le bip n’a jamais marché. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Merci pour tout.

    This was our second stay at this apartment and it was as good as our first stay. The view of the sea is really amazing. The apartment is great and walking distance to everything you need. The host is very professional and always responsive. Also very kindly flexible with check out so we could go straight to the airport after checking out slightly later which was really helpful with young kids.

    Wow, to wake up to that view every morning was amazing. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to everything, shops, train station, restaurants, harbours. This was the first time we have not hired a car. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year.

    Exceptional location and view for the price!

    Positive: Clean and bright apartment, with a real panoramic view on the beach and the sea, located just across the road from it. Convenient and quiet location not far from the center, but not in a tourist hot spot. Next to the apartment is a park with a playground, children liked it. Nicely decorated and have all necessary amenities. Bedrooms are located on the back of the building, so sound of the sea didn't wake us up. Gated parking helped to have one less thing worry about. Instructions from the host were detailed and the person we talked to was friendly. Negative: We came on Sunday and had to pick up keys in a box at location quite far away from the apartment, without of car it would be a challenge. Parking is better suited for smaller cars, although all types of cars can fit. Thin windows, we could hear people if they talk loud on the street, but it was quiet in the night.
