   Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, direkt an der Haupt-Einkaufsstrasse gelegen und in ca. 3 Minuten ist man am Meer. Auch ist die Wohnung in gutem Zustand und gut ausgerüstet. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, wäre ein Ständer um diverse Wäsche aufzuhängen, wie z.B. Küchentücher. (Das Geländer auf dem Balkon reicht nicht für alles) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kommen nach Möglichkeit mit Check-In/ Out Zeit entgegen und kümmern sich um ihre Gäste.

   A beautiful modern apartment with all amenities and a nice balcony. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Also convenient with a large grocery store (Casino) three minutes walk from the apartment, plus a small right next door to the apartment building.

    If you’re looking for charm in the middle of Cannes, look no further. The flat is nicely appointed with sheik modern fixtures, while being homey for your moments away from the insanity of the Croisette. So, grab a baguette from the boulangerie around the corner and hit the great patio overlooking Rue d’Antibes to watch Cannes at its best. Jérémy and Lauren are fantastic hosts who will see to you having a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

    We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect — a few blocks from the waterfront, with fancy shops surrounding the apartment. We also enjoyed that the patio was big enough to sit out on for dinner/wine. Everything was super modern, clean, and simple, which is exactly what we were hoping for. The elevator was a really nice option, as well. We would definitely recommend this place for future guests!

    Great location and clean - these are important factors when considering an Airbnb. The flat itself is very small and unfortunately during our stay there were building works so we were woken very early in the morning by shouting and drilling. The drain in the shower was blocked so the bathroom flooded frequently unless you stopped the shower half way through. If you're on a budget then I do recommend this property as it's a 5 min walk from the beach and has lots of shops nearby however, if you are looking for a bit more luxury then this is probably not the place for you.

    The apartment in a perfect location for us at the top of Rue D'Antibes, as it's in the more local end of town, but still walking distance to the port and old town. It is quite a compact apartment but does not feel at all small and there was a lot of cupboard / storage space so easy to avoid clutter. The surprise was the balcony which was much larger than appeared in the photographs, we ate breakfast on it each morning and had a couple of evening meals on it. We did have a small issue with the wifi not working which was a potential problem for us as we are self employed, however this was resolved quickly as we were given a 4G box which worked perfectly - while this was being sorted Cassandra (who we met at check in) was constantly in touch with updates and was really helpful and professional to deal with. I would definitely look to book this apartment next time I'm in Cannes!

    This is a great place in the middle of Cannes very close to the lively rue d’Antibe. You are right where all the life busses snd the bedroom is still very quiet. The place is stalker than it looks on the photos but has everything you need.
